@briankrebs@infosec.exchange Without warning or notice of any kind that I was aware of, a previously free EV charging at at park-and-ride (blue state) suddenly there are fees. There's a 30 minute grace period after the charging completes, then a per minute fee - which is a good thing because it was obvious that many cars were left overnight. That part was sent as an alert, but no mention of the charging fee.
