@Larvitz@burningboard.net Same decision here: I have installed the Play Services because I have no desire to experiment with banking apps bank, etc. Maybe they work today with a Custom ROM without Google Play Services or MicroG, but this can change tomorrow. I have no Google account configured on my phone. I install my apps via F-Droid, if possible, otherwise Aurora. Selfhosting Nextcloud, Firefox Sync Server, Immich, E-Mail with a German provider (own domains).

@pdl@social.anoxinon.de I have a google account logged in, but I have all data synchronizations turned off (cloud backups, contacts, calender, photos, etc.).
