India's 'Cockroach' movement: Accusations of police brutality in New Delhi | DW News
There are some parallels between the Indian and Albanian protests. Both are student-led, both are anti-corruption, and both were peaceful protests where the cops got violent (and the young people were somewhat shocked by this). Both had the cops claiming the protestors attacked and wounded *them*.

About 4' in the reporter on the ground mentions that they are not where the students are because the authorities shut off the internet in that area (which makes me think cell coverage, although he wasn't explicit about that). But this is the first time I've realized that this tactic (used by other authoritarian governments in the past) not only attacks protestors, but keeps the media from wanting to be there interviewing protestors because they'd have to resort to other methods of carrying the signal out.
