Bosses hate the fact that they can't translate their plans into action without first having a series of ego-shattering confrontations with workers who actually know how to do things, who insist that those plans are illegal, stupid, impossible or will kill people

The only real downside is he has his own side projects that can frustrate our ops team a bit, mostly because he drops working stuff on them to manage and they have figure out what he did.
