@objectrecycler@woof.tech @kabel42@polymaths.social unfortunately GrapheneOS doesnt provide eternal support for older Pixels. i bought mine used ('tis 7A) and 'tis an old model which will soon be unsupported. i personally was looking at fairphones for the future to flash something like LineageOS there if available, but cant be sure . like, till my Pixel will be supported by GrapheneOS am totally ok with it. then i prolly will flash LineageOS if it'll work. then i might try anything else which will support it or fiddle and write my own. but am not gonna turn it into e-waste, even if i'll have to buy a new phone (hope i wont, i hate buying new tech).

@ahDorchaich@ieji.de @kabel42@polymaths.social I can understand that. In that case, have a look at https://calyxos.org/ Might be more useful for you, not too sure how long they maintain their OS for older models, but currently the 7A is still being maintained.
