This letter convinces me that Wu does not plan to change her approach to street safety, continuing to prioritize neighborhood groups complaints and “beauty” over safety.
If I worked for the Mayor, after reading this letter, I’d probably plan to quit. It shows her priorities clearly enough.

The big thing is that this letter is just reasserting the status quo. The status quo is what we’ve been fighting for the past year (or more). Like, even if I believed Wu, this letter doesn’t even describe a planned change in approach, just reasserts that what they’ve been doing is good.
