@StripeyYena@chaosfurs.social Filter coffee drinker here - black, nothing added. It took me a long time to get the dosage right for a for a sufficiently strong/tasty but not overly bitter coffee. One of the tricks was a TINY amount of salt in the filter - I guess to offset our rather soft water, which probably extracted too much of the wrong things from the ground beans? dunno, just my 2ct.
