@Tutanota@mastodon.social This feature makes it way more likely someone else can recover my account than I can. AI doesn't think I have a face. Almost all of them fail. My theory is that this is actually all just training for the overwatch AI. Be much harder to train AI on the chaos of watching people mill about than on the flow channeled and logged activities of account recovery and "validated ID". Make it better. Make it recognize my face and then it can track anyone's.
