@simon@fedi.simonwillison.net Huh, I wonder why the 37signals cross-functional, independent team thing was removed.
That was one of the clearest, shortest ways to put it, and it sounded like the future (and it still sounds like it today esp. with reorgs and small teams running circles around big companies with AI-based disruption promises)
Did your research produce any reason why?
