Europe is not prepared for Russia's imminent collapse.
The US is so far removed from any reality managing foreign relations situations it's laughable. Maybe Rubio can find another glass of water to drink. Loser.

The one country that may be ready to fill the power vacuum in Russia is ... China. Right next door. Xi's justifcation might be to stabilize Russia their own economic security. But the potential for armed conflict between the two, with one country in throes of bedlam could have global consequences. Very quickly.
