@TarkabarkaHolgy@ohai.social There are so many little different greek island myths as well, that are completely different from the ones we know, because the homeric achaen monomyth just smothers everything. The bit you see that in is lots of character in Hades were heroes of smaller myth cycles. Which always reminded me of the Christian assimilation of "oh your pagan deity is in hell"
