@nihilistnomya@aus.social champion! 💐 no one is ever going to immediately appreciate being told they are wrong, but the key, imo, is to shatter the assumption that they are in a majority sounds like one of them might alter his behaviour a little. this is a bonus on top of the excellent outcome for your staff and seriously, as you seem to have a diverse staff, those two must be jerks to carry on like that
