Yeah, they're snooping on other signals as well.
As for timing, one would think Flock would move quicker if given a very short timeline, like, "you can take them down if you're faster than our guy with a bucket truck and his angle grinder."

@tim_lavoie@cosocial.ca @dheepsinque@susanklopfertruth.com ya exactly. They don't have incentive to move because they are still capturing what they need ... I can't be sure but it almost looks like it is zip tied on from the picture, but the angle grinder would for sure work.
