the ones near me are often ending up knocked over (think 5 in a row on level ground), and sometimes reaching into a busy road
I'm pretty sure that people who don't use them are messing with them; would be great if some local journalist could dig around and figure out what the company knows about extracurricular adventures their vehicles go on
tried searching for news & info on that, but most of the results were about injuries
