This is the kind of stuff that troubles me most. The stuff of minimal value today that might have value tomorrow. In a weird way Make Magazine was terrible for my office because it encouraged me that cool things could be made out of broken repurposed technology. In reality it meant I was warehousing a lot of refuse that would be better discarded. I am trying to deal with those things of > 0 value but < very much value . Yes, this screw or O ring might be useful someday but if need arises I'll never find this specific one so just chuck everything.
