It's insane that the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), a spectrum allocation and oversight super committee from 1 country, even allows itself to determine the fate of our upper atmosphere. Atmospheric health and light pollution are planet-scale issues impacting all living things. There needs to be an international injunction to stop this.
