I'll also go further and add that if the only way to access whatever website/account is via a "smartphone", then you're likely locking out a lot of seniors, and definitely a lot of disabled folks (visual impairment, folks w/ tremor, and others). And I'm looking at all of you in the medical and dental professions: your contracted tech svcs are locking out your patients.
