So it seems that #codeberg decided to participate in the #ai polarisation. I don't judge them for that, it's their choice, of course. But, I can see how that will cause another exodus. More network drama, more polarisation. Will the next place also be (quasi-)centralised? I prefer to self-host, and to choose decentralised forges instead. Like #radicle

    @levitte@mastodon.nu The way I see it, Codeberg has decided to not participate in the crazy race for llms. Saying no to evil or stupidity isn't polarisation! I agree (at least in pricinple) on more decentralised / federated forges, but I havn't had the time to try radicle (or any other system in that direction) seriously yet. And I haven't really seen any projects using them either. Is there any, besides radicle itself?
