Good news: the rezoning for the Mt. Pleasant AI data centre has been referred back to staff, likely relaying the approval hearing until after the October election - due to "huge public interest"! Every protester, and every person who signed up to speak at the rezoning hearing helped make this happen! Now it's time to fight an election. We'll share next steps soon.
