The Jersey Tiger Moth used to be a real rarity, mostly confined to the Channel Islands and parts of Devon. Over the last 15–20 years it has spread rapidly across southern England, and sightings in Cambridgeshire (where I saw this one) are now increasingly normal in July–September. #nature #Moth #Butterfly #Insect #Wildlife #photography #NaturePhotography #MothPhotography #InsectsOfMastodon #UK
