The fact grahpene is trying to talk privacy when they just "sandbox" google, but still make you sign in so you still need a google just because they refuse to use micro g. Also using the google tensor chips and brag about them, when they very likely chat with google all day about your device.

@FediFollows@social.growyourown.services hey, thanks for the post! i daily drive a "linux-phone" in the sense of your post (postmarketos with phosh on a Op6T) exactly because i want an mobile ecosystem which is at every possible level as less dependent on Big Tech as possible. i know that's only gradually possible, but do not let yourself get confused by overcorrect/formal categorisation debates. i think a lot of people perfectly understand what you mean, however blurred the concept may be and are grateful for the post!:)

@FediFollows@social.growyourown.services I get your intentions about not including android distributions, and I approve of it. Anything android-based is ultimately beholden to Google. Until AOSP is liberated from Google and drivers are liberated from vendors, being android-based means having very limited freedom.
