If they want the benefit of off-duty communications they should pay for it and avoid all of the hassles about policy rather than expecting you to subsidize them. There’s always going to be a conflict because security teams want everything locked down, GPS tracked, remote-wipeable, etc. which increase the risks to you for their benefit.

@acdha@thepit.social @ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org yeah, when my wife's org insisted on installing a management profile on any personal phone that connected to things like the Exchange server, she just uninstalled Outlook. She can still connect to OWA in a browser on the same phone without the management profile, and that is somehow OK.
