Gosh man, we’re doing this wrong. If you want someone to knead the dough, go to the store. I get owning the means of production, but this is #ExtravagantAutomation. The whole point of bread is that it converged around an assemblage (ingredients, labor, oven, consumption) where it only makes sense to make a few loaves every day and it tastes best when less than a day old. If you don’t have time to knead bread, you’re not living the bread lifestyle. This auto-kneaded is like a K-cup, but for bread.
