damn pleroma has birthdays before akkoma does and they federate with Sharkey

@luna@fedi.mldchan.dev akkoma explicitly doesn't want to have them, there's a migration that deletes them from the database even there's also endpoint that lists followed accounts that have birthday on given day but pleroma-fe doesn't use it
