@gyrusinczky@mstdn.social @_elena@mastodon.social The first phone for my son was a Samsung + LineageOS and exclusively FOSS apps (F-Droid / GitHub). My son is 17 today and uses a Pixel with #GrapheneOS, as well as #Linux on his computer. As for social media, he uses Instagram.Compared to his friends, he spends a quarter of the average time on his phone. I think I gave him a good foundation, and I’m glad that his phone isn’t something that limits him. What our child ends up doing depends mostly on us, the parents! #degoogle
