@sarajw@front-end.social Agreed, but there's nuance. If the quoted material naturally ends in a punctuation mark then it goes inside the quotes; otherwise, outside. So: "I can't find my ostrich," said Bill. But: Serena described the ostrich as "beautiful" and "intelligent". @urlyman@mastodon.social
