"The text adopted by Parliament is limited to proclaiming that "Access to an online social networking service provided by an online platform is prohibited for minors under fifteen years of age." As the government wished, it consists of prohibiting young people from accessing any social network, an extremely broad concept encompassing any online space where it is possible to chat after creating an account. cont'd ⤵️
