The fasteners are tea tracks. They're very easy to adjust. All you need is a half-inch socket wrench and a ladder. Do not use power tools on these. These are not meant to be used with power tools. The installers used power tools on these. I know that because I found broken bolt heads. If you have a neighbor who has these solar panels on their roof, be a good neighbor and check them out. Just pop up there and see that these fasteners are actually installed correctly.
