Turns out DB’s travel planner can easily beat me in finding crazy routings.
Does one need a visa for Ukraine?

@partim@social.tchncs.de Ironically, Transcarpathia was safer during Orban's reign because he pretended to care about ethnic hungarians in Ukraine. it didn't take long after his removal until Russia attacked the area. Check government travel advisory and your insurance.
