Add up all the fines they should have been getting, and all the investment needs they have. Company value is negative now, you say? ta-da! Nationalize and give stock holders a big fat £0 each.

@Gurre@mastodon.nu @TCatInReality@mastodon.social it has laready been siggested just writing down the value of the assets would mean a £0 takeover. Think it was Fergal Sharkey who is a champion and should be put in charge of Ofwat.
