I’m a little concerned about the potential for aluminum toxicity.

In what way is aluminum toxic? Edit- I looked it up. If you have kidney disease it can accumulate and cause other problems, but the amount entering the body from aluminum cooking items is incredibly low. I’d imagine even lower from a drinking cup. source
