@nest@infosec.exchange i did. when i got to college and saw who i was around and why they were there. im not surprised at how many people who arent actually good at computers are extremely delighted at all of this because they dont have the wherewithal to understand why passionate and talented people think they suck

@nest@infosec.exchange there was so much telling kids to chase programming and tech careers for money, and a lot of the people i saw in school acted like it. no passion, no drive, no interest, just there hoping for an easy check and heard this was a way.
