I think that 1) it's true that Mamdani doesn't have the jurisdiction to arrest Netanyahu but also 2) he really dropped the ball by not explaining the reason why he doesn't have jurisdiction, which is that the US is not a signatory of the Rome Statute, because the US will *never* become a signatory of the Rome Statute if you don't explicitly start putting it on the agenda
