@douglevin@infosec.exchange @funnymonkey@freeradical.zone Instructure's most recent update even tells schools that if they discover notifications need to be sent, to contact them and Instructure will make the notifications via Kroll, so yes, it looks like not all notifications have been made. I wonder if ITRC used the "275 million" number from ShinyHunter's leak site claims or some other source.
