The deal with the city wasn't a service it provided, it was access to provide mass surveillance to be sold off and bartered with everyone else. Deal with "services" like this as if they were literally turning us into products to be sold off - everything from Ring in homes to Flock all across a city. You - yes you! - are being turned into a commodity without your knowledge or permission.
