I mean, how much more perfect could a head of cabbage be?Seriously.Whole things just went into a pot of soup with a head of broccoli, half a head of cauliflower, three onions, a handful of garlic, cloves, four or five of those gigantic thunderbolt peppers.What else onions?What else all the herbs?All the indian herbs, black mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ground coriander, some korean chili flakes, a little bit of sour or tangy. I use pickle mustard or Italian salad dressing. broth/cook 1/2
