Something women commonly encounter is that men ignore their expertise. PLEASE before replying to a toot asking for a particular kind of information from people with a certain area of expertise, ask yourself whether you have the expertise asked for. And look at the woman's profile - it's quite possible you'll find they have expertise in the field you're about to lecture them in the basics of. I appreciate we can # AskFedi, but it's exhausting to get #9ReplyGuys
