Anyone complaining about driver compatibility on Linux, please remember that none of your drivers have ever tried to serve you ads or install unwanted services.

@kdkorte@fosstodon.org On Linux it’s the other way around. You have to install unwanted drivers in order to open simple windowed applications. E.g. look at the set of transitive dependents of avahi and bluetooth.
