Also, unlike English, Spanish verb conjugations usually make the subject clear, so the pronoun can often be omitted. "Yo soy lenta" and "Soy lenta" mean the same thing. Quick examples: English -> Spanish
I am -> Yo soy/estoy
You are -> Tú eres/estás
He/She/It is -> Él/Ella/Eso es/está
We are -> Nosotros/Nosotras somos/estamos
You are -> Ustedes son/están
They are -> Ellos/Ellas son/están
