Yeah it can be a bit of a minefield when you’re straight or bi!. Luckily there are good men out there and they absolutely make it worth sifting through some of the shit.

Good men are already the exceptions and not the rule, and when you’re a trans woman, especially if you’re comfortable with your birth genitals, the exceptions becomes a lot rarer and the search a lot more dangerous, sadly. There are too many horrible stories to count. Our Trans Day of Remembrance memorials are full of them. :/
