@colo_lee@mstdn.social When we were selling potatoes at the farmer's market one year, this woman said loudly to her friend in an absolutely disgusted tone "These potatoes look like they just came out of the GROUND" And I think about that every time I harvest our potatoes! (Potato harvest a ways off here in Saskatchewan still.)
