Let's have a brief look at the Nova system. The bread I eat for lunch has 7 different ingredients, of which two are salt and sugar. They are all cheap, and it's produced in a machine, untouched by humans. Would appear to be ultra-processed! That I own the machine, mix the chemicals, and two of them are coarse grains .... doesn't apply to signify. Methiniks the Nova "system" is crap, bs and needs to be tossed out in favour of .... nutritional values! Who'd'a thunk it ...
