Mass, NH, CT, Maine, and Vermont (at #1) make up literally half of the top ten. New England is a quality of life powerhouse. I think it’s hilarious that RI didn’t make the list, since everyone forgets about them anyway. I can’t find the full list (only top and bottom 10, so I wonder if they got #11 or 12 and got bumped just off the top 10.
