80 years ago, a bomb blew up the HQ of the British Mandate in #Palestine, at the King David Hotel in Jerusalem. 91 people were killed. Ir was planted by the Irgun, a right-wing #Zionist group. UK Prime Minister Clement Attlee called it an "insane act of terrorism" .Winston Churchill was similarly outraged. In 2006, on the 60th anniversary, 64 MPs signed an #EDM denouncing the attack.
