Georgia families face losing their homes to make way for AI data centers: "It's theft"

Some families in Georgia are being forced to sell their homes or face government seizures to make way for powerlines. 70-80% of that power is needed for AI data centers.

I don’t understand how we are supposed to be running out of fossils fuels, are in a war that is physically limiting the amount of oil that can be accessed, and also have to deal with global warming… And still say we need roughly 30+ data centers accross the country that use more power than half the state they are in. Like it doesn’t make sense how we are supposed to be charging our electric cars if data centers are consuming all the power, and expecting you to pay for their power bill. Does any of this make sense to anyone with a human brain that isn’t infected by this death cult?
