Unfortunately that’s always been the case with imminent domain. It’s why so many of us were against building more border wall. The government has already appropriated enough border land for the stupid fence they already have. I also am not positive that democratic representatives would legislate AI tech any better. Half of the old politicians think this shit is magic and most of them can be bought.
