@secant2@mastodon.inferiorlattice.com mostly my experience was the same, but I always sucked when I matched with someone and they spring it on you that their ugly-ass boyfriend is part of the deal. It was a huge relief when I uninstalled the apps after getting together with my partner.

@arri@hachyderm.io ah yes, fuck that, I'd be so mad. Turning a date into a high pressure sale situation 🤢 I hope I can find a couple other more serious partners and uninstall. Probably shouldn't rush it but god do I hate dating and especially first dates.
