#WordWeavers Aug 4: Which supporting character keeps trying to steal the spotlight?
I've been having the opposite problem lately; the story's focusing pretty tightly on my MCs, and a subplot that I'd wanted to get into is just withering.

#WordWeavers Aug 5: What object in your story has more significance than readers realize? That would probably be this thing called the Ghost Brooch. Which seems funny, because it's pretty obvious to the reader that it's significant. (In a way, this thing is even more of an item that the _characters_ don't realize how significant it is.) But the characters are coming to realize that it's actually quite significant... and yet, neither they nor the reader has the full picture yet.
