#3GoodThings All teeny-tiny bits of medication have been swallowed successfully. 💊 I texted my neighbor (duplex) to apologize for all the noise last night and she replied that she hadn't heard a thing. I told y'all I bought a metabolic scale a while back ~ all of my data points have improved since then ~ the most important to me are visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, muscle mass, bone mass and metabolic age.
