@deirdrebeth@mas.to @DavidJBianco@infosec.exchange I have had colleagues look at me funny when I say that I think SLMs locally a big part of the solution for LLM-backed attackers. My prediction for 2027 is that more corporations will discover they are spending too much $ on licenses and tokens and start running local SLMs to do many of the agentic AI functions today.
